9999WIN Login — How to Sign In (Pakistan)
To log in to 9999WIN, open the app or website, tap Login, enter the mobile number you registered with and your password, then submit. If you have forgotten your password, use Forgot password to reset it with an OTP sent to that same number. Your login ID is always your registered mobile number — not an email or username.

OTP not arriving
Weak signal delays SMS. Wait 30–60 seconds, then use “Resend”. A full inbox or an active DND service will block it entirely.
“Account not found”
You are almost certainly using a different number than the one you registered with. The login ID is the registered mobile number, not an email or username.
App crashes or will not open
Force-close, clear the app cache, and confirm you are on the current version.

App login vs website login
The same mobile number and password work in the Android app and on the mobile website, and both open the same account and wallet. You do not need a separate registration for each. On a phone you share with someone else, log out when you finish whichever one you use.
If the website will not open, the address has probably changed rather than your account. Open the app instead, or reinstall it using our download guide. Your balance is stored on the operator's side, so reinstalling does not affect it.
